Robkoo has once again secured the prestigious iF Design Award, this time with their innovative Clarii mini following the success of Wind Synthesizer R1.

Since 1954, iF DESIGN AWARD has been recognized as a global symbol of excellent design. It is organized each year by the world’s oldest independent design organization, Hannover-based iF International Forum Design GmbH. It honors design achievements in all disciplines: product, packaging, communication and service design, architecture and interior architecture as well as professional concept, user experience (UX) and user interface (UI).
Robkoo, a Chinese company that pioneers in digital art crafting, sharing, and learning, has won this year’s iF DESIGN AWARD. The winning product, Clarii mini, is in the discipline of PRODUCT-MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS. Other winning companies are Yamaha, CASIO, etc. Clarii mini won over the 132-member jury, which is made up of international design experts. On top of that, the competition was intense: almost 11,000 entries were submitted from 72 countries in hopes of receiving the seal of quality.
According to their screening policy, award entries are evaluated based on five main criteria: Idea, Form, Function, Differentiation, Impact.
Back to Robkoo’s Clarii mini, the idea is to create a new type of wind instrument that is more versatile and expressive.
